Ombudsman

The ABGF Ombudsman is an independent and secure communication channel between the Company and citizens, employees and other stakeholders. All communication with the Ombudsman will be treated with independence, impartiality and confidentiality, in accordance with the law and ethical principles.

The Ombudsman can receive:

Complaints – Reporting of irregularities

(i) committed by employees and/or officers on the job, such as negligent or abusive exercise of their position and responsibilities; and/or performance of illegal acts of a civil, criminal and/or administrative nature, that violate the code of ethics and/or legislation; and

(ii) that occurred within the scope of activities performed by ABGF in the concession of guarantees and management of guarantee funds as well as the provision of services related to Export Credit Insurance.

Suggestions – ideas or proposals to improve services provided by ABGF even when associated with a particular complaint;

Praise – statement of appreciation, recognition or satisfaction concerning services rendered or relating to people who participated in them;

Other complaints not resolved through service contact channels and E-sic.
