Graduated in Economics from the São Paulo State University (UNESP), with over 30 years of experience in various fields including contract management, budgeting, economic-financial management, risk management, and corporate insurance. He has predominantly worked on infrastructure projects in Brazil and Latin America. Since 2015, he has been working as a consultant specializing in contracts and risk management in the infrastructure sector, as well as technical assistance and expert witness services in arbitration and judicial contexts.

Adriana Paranhos Pinto

Lawyer graduated from PUC Campinas, with over 20 years in public service in advisory and management roles. She recently served as the Administrative-Financial Director of the Foundation for Popular Medicine (FURP), a public pharmaceutical industry in the State of São Paulo. Throughout her career, she has worked at the intersection of the legal and public sectors, serving as a board member for various companies and public foundations, as well as on tax administration and human rights boards. With an MBA in Business Management, she is currently pursuing an MBA in Public Management.
