ABGF assumes the vice presidency of the Berne Union MLT Committee

During the Annual General Meeting of Berne Union 2017 hosted by Serbian Export Credit and Insurance Agency (AOFI), in Belgrade, ABGF assumed the vice-presidency of the Medium and Long-Term Committee of the organization that brings together the international Export Credit Agencies (ECAs). The Medium and Long Term Committee discusses transactions with terms of more than one year. The chairpersons of the committees are responsible for drawing up the agenda and conducting the meetings during their mandates (Spring Meeting and AGM).

The meeting of the Berne Union started on Monday (2) when the election was held for the two-year term of the members of the committee. Pedro Carriço is ABGF executive manager responsible for international credit analysis since 2014 and he was elected vice president alongside the president Hendrik Holderfleiss. Mr. Carriço holds a master’s degree in International Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
